The Software and Information Industry Association announced that DataCert’s legal spend management software (AIMS) has been recognized as a CODiE Awards finalist in the category of Best Professional Services Solution (Vertical.)
The CODiE Awards program, the only technology competition judged and awarded by industry peers, has recognized excellence in the software, digital information and education technology industries for 22 years.

DataCert’s five-year revenue growth of 334% landed it number 410 on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500, a ranking of the fastest-growing technology companies in North America.
DataCert also ranked number 37 on Deloitte’s 2007 Texas Technology Fast 50, which lists rapidly growing Texas-based technology companies.

Software Magazine awarded DataCert number 348 on its 25th annual list of the fastest-growing technology companies worldwide. The 2007 Software 500 ranks the world's largest software and services suppliers by their 2006 revenue.
DataCert first joined the list in 2004 and has continued to be included on it each year.

DataCert ranked in the top half of Entrepreneur Magazine’s 2007 Hot 500, which celebrates the fastest-growing companies in America and the entrepreneurs who founded them.
According to the magazine, only 0.5 percent of the 19 million businesses currently operating in the U.S. met the qualifications of revenue and job growth for the Hot 500.

The Houston Business Journal recognized DataCert’s community commitment by naming it Enterprise Champion of its Fast 100 awards. The Fast 100 ranks the fastest-growing businesses in the Houston area based on two-year revenue growth.
DataCert’s community affairs program, which includes volunteer opportunities and gift matching, allowed DataCert’s employees to contribute 536 volunteer hours in 2006.

DataCert won the title of Best Legal Online Campaign for its "Take Control" advertising in the 2007 Internet Advertising Competition awards. The campaign promoted DataCert's leadership in legal spend management technology, implementations and systems integrations.
The judging panel, composed of accomplished advertising and marketing professionals nationwide, ranked entries by creativity, innovation and design.
