Don Schad, DataCert's senior vice president of customer operations, contributes 25 years of financial and operational management experience to the company.

He is responsible for directing and optimizing worldwide customer care operations including services, support and relationship management for DataCert's corporate customers.

Schad first joined DataCert management in 2001 when he served as a member of the board of directors. In 2003, Schad became the vice president of customer services and was responsible for the implementation and integration of products and services, customer support and quality assurance for corporate customers. Under his leadership, DataCert has completed more than 100 custom integrations in complex and multi-faceted environments for Fortune® 500 corporations.

Prior to DataCert, Schad spent 10 years as chief financial officer and president of Kestrel Holdings. During his tenure there, he was responsible for a significant financial turnaround, the launch of an international operation and the successful sale of the company. He also served as president for Kestrel's Argentinean subsidiary, where he built a solid client base of local and multinational companies in an extremely competitive market.

Schad holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Texas A&M University and is a CPA in the state of Texas.
