James R. Woodhill has been a DataCert board member since 2000. Mr. Woodhill has served as a general partner of JMI-MCSW Fund Inc., which has made several early-stage investments and is closely related to JMI Equity Fund. He is a co-founder of Mission Critical Software, Inc. and was employed there from its inception. He has more than 30 years experience in enterprise computing.
