Robert Egan is the retired CFO of Hollywood Marine, Inc. He served in this position from 1973 when the company had revenues of $6 million until it merged with Kirby Corporation in 1999, becoming the nation's largest inland marine company. Post-merger, he continued to serve the combined companies as a consultant for 7 years. Egan is currently serving as the President of the Board of Ascension Episcopal School and is active on other non-profit boards. Egan received a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Texas, where he also attended graduate school. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas.
