DataCert changes its name to "Datacert." We solidified an already strong Canadian presence with an office in Toronto
and opened an office in Chennai, India by acquiring a software development and professional services center
from Symcon Global Technologies. Datacert responded to an increasing market need for a solution to the problem
of a wide array of disparate point solutions deployed in legal departments and law firms by launching a technology
platform called PassportTM. This evolution represents our adoption of the most cutting-edge technology to power
next generation matter and spend management solutions and to allow our customers to consolidate legal systems on
a common platform, whether it be applications from Datacert, other vendors, or applications they build on Passport themselves.

The company achieved an impressive ten consecutive years of revenue growth. Even in the midst of the “great recession”,
revenue was up 31% over the previous year. We delivered market-leading globalization features, including the only comprehensive
VAT solution in the market, digital signature support, a Global Compliance Module, and Advanced Multi-Currency Module. Datacert
Europe also expanded its presence with a new office in Basel and 60% revenue growth over 2008.

Datacert’s technology underwent another major evolution with the release of CLD 10, our integrated solution for e-billing,
matter management, and legal spend management. We also released Datacert Insight, a powerful business intelligence tool designed
specifically for corporate legal departments. James Tallman was appointed President & CEO and began work to institute a culture
focused solely on customer satisfaction and providing innovative products that meet market needs.

Additional European offices were opened by Datacert in Paris and Frankfurt to better serve a growing European customer base.
We added matter management capabilities to our legal spend management product by acquiring Corprasoft, a leading and well-established
matter management company. We also landed on Entrepreneur Magazine’s Hot 500 and were named the leading e-billing provider
for the AmLaw 200 by Law Firm Inc.’s 12th AmLaw Tech Survey.

Datacert began to significantly expand offerings to our customers by adding expertise in intellectual property to our executive staff
and introducing AIMS IP to the market. We also were named to the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 list for the fourth consecutive year and were
selected as a top-10 technology business user by Dell and the National Federation of Independent Business.

Datacert Europe Ltd. opened its headquarters in London. The company was ranked #115 on the Deloitte Technology Fast
500 with a five-year revenue growth of 1,900%. Demonstrating that growth was the fact that our system processed
over $6 billion in legal electronic invoices that year alone.

Datacert was named one of the fastest growing private companies in the United States, placing #194 on the Inc. 500 list.
The company grew tremendously in 2004, adding more customers than any other year since our founding. AIMS was the leading legal
spend management product. Datacert continued adding more robust functionality to its products,
enhancing reporting, workflow, and security.

Our first customer advisory board convened in San Francisco, allowing Datacert to further leverage its innovative customer
base to define more dynamic products for the legal market. Advisory boards continue to play a key role in Datacert’s market-centric
approach to product development. Our legal spend management product, Advanced Invoice Management System (AIMS) continued to break new
ground in the way legal departments managed their operations and outside counsel.

The .com was dropped from our name, making us DataCert, Inc.

Datacert.com acquired DigiContract, adding online document collaboration to its rich and growing portfolio of innovative features for corporate legal departments.

The company changed its name to Datacert.com and continued to rapidly grow its customer base and develop more
sophisticated tools for the capture and analysis of legal billing data.

We secured our first customers, UPS, Chase Manhattan, and Honda. These early adopters pioneered the e-billing revolution in legal and were
at the forefront of encouraging firm adoption and emphasizing billing guidelines for firms. As our customers began to gather billing data
electronically, there was a realization that the data itself could be far more valuable than the elimination of paper that had been our
original goal. This is when we embarked on our next major evolution to legal spend management, building products that enabled legal
departments to enforce billing guidelines and capture and analyze the billing data.
Our executives helped build the LEDES Oversight Committee that established the standards for the electronic exchange of legal data and
whose code sets enable the data analysis that takes place in the legal industry today.

Datacert was founded as Occam’s Razor Technologies. Our original product was billed as an online document exchange where legal departments could
send law firms to submit bills electronically. The value proposition was simple: eliminate paper, get bills faster, and store them electronically.

Datacert was an early pioneer in legal technology, offering one of the first and most successful e-billing products to corporate legal departments
and their law firms. We started with a simple goal, to securely move invoices electronically from firms to their corporate clients over the Internet.
Over the years, we have evolved as our customers and their needs have evolved. Datacert customers are forward-thinking and have pushed us to provide
them with innovative offerings.
As changes have occurred in the legal industry, Datacert has responded by evolving our products and services to go beyond simply moving invoices.
We built products that enabled our corporate clients to better enforce billing guidelines and capture and analyze costs to plan more strategically.
We added legal matter management to our offerings to provide additional value to the way our customers do business. And, we developed expertise in
areas such as intellectual property and legal operations best practices to offer practical and strategic guidance to our customers.
Now, Datacert has embarked on our next evolution, Enterprise Legal Management. With a suite of next generation applications, such as legal matter
and spend management, built on a cutting-edge technology platform called PassportTM, we are better positioned than ever to empower our customers to simplify
their lives by consolidating their legal systems, work more efficiently by collaborating internally and with outside counsel, and drive innovative business
practices with unique system configurability and integration capabilities.
