Customer Advisory Board
DataCert’s Customer Advisory Board (CAB) was created in 2003 with two goals in mind. First and foremost, we wanted to gain a deeper understanding of how our corporate customers were using our technology so we could improve our products and development processes. An equally important goal was to enhance the customer experience by providing a forum to share best practices and the opportunity to network with colleagues.
Today, CAB has evolved to include law firms and corporate legal departments with matter management installations. For the first time this October, the CAB will accommodate all of our customers.
The CAB will continue to meet twice yearly, in the spring and the fall, and be supplemented throughout the year with industry focus groups. The objective of these events is to ensure that our customers get the full benefit of the knowledge and lessons learned from our market-leading experience.
All customers are also invited to create accounts on the DataCert Bulletin Board, a dynamic community for DataCert customers to pursue discussions on a variety of legal spend and matter management topics as well as DataCert products.
