Customer Success Program
DataCert customers are the legal industry’s most innovative users of
technology. They set the standard in implementing cutting-edge solutions
to manage their legal operations strategically. We are committed to
providing our customers with the opportunity to leverage each other's
experience and showcase their pioneering use of matter management and
legal and IP spend management technology. Customers who enroll in the
Customer Success Program will have opportunities to network and share

Customer Success Program members agree that DataCert can put them forward as references
in appropriate situations. Members will be notified of all media requests and industry
speaking opportunities that are a fit for them, and the first responder will be awarded
the opportunity. The DataCert marketing department will work with members to develop their
success story and promote their department as an industry innovator.
