Legal Spend Management Best Practices

HOUSTON, Feb. 16, 2006 - DataCert, Inc., the leading provider of electronic invoicing and legal spend management solutions, today announced the spring 2006 schedule for its international seminar series titled, "Legal Spend Management Best Practices: How to Justify an Investment in Your Legal Department."
The seminars - approved for continuing legal education credit in many states - will feature industry thought leaders from Fortune Global 500 companies and DataCert. The educational seminars will address how an investment in electronic invoicing and legal spend management technology can help corporate legal departments manage their outside counsel expenses. The one-and-a-half-hour seminars will also include a discussion on how invoice data can be used to analyze legal spend and drive sustainable law firm performance improvements and cost savings. All members of the corporate legal community responsible for managing a legal department's outside counsel expenses are encouraged to attend.
