HOUSTON, Aug. 16, 2006 - DataCert, Inc., the leading provider of electronic invoicing and legal spend management solutions, today announced that it is integrating DataCert's industry-leading Advanced Invoice Management System (AIMS) with LawBase, Synaptec Software's legal matter management system, for one of the nation's top-10 residential mortgage servicers. The integration is scheduled for completion in September.

Aligning DataCert's electronic invoicing and legal spend management technology with Synaptec's matter management system equips the residential mortgage provider with a comprehensive information exchange between billing information and matter management.

"We understand complex integrations and have gone to great lengths to configure each legal spend management solution to the customer's unique needs," commented Don Schad, DataCert's vice president of customer services. "We've completed more than 75 corporate implementations since 1998 and can share industry best practices with our customers. Our integration with LawBase is another example of our ability to successfully integrate with virtually any matter management system."

According to Philip L. Homburger, president of Synaptec Software, "LawBase excels at customization by offering a matter management solution that seamlessly integrates with a corporation's existing legal processes. Our innate ability to integrate with AIMS speaks to our product's flexibility."
