DataCert Clients AOL, AON and Citigroup to Present at In-House Counsel Conference on March 22
Conference to Focus on Law Department Business Practices
HOUSTON, March 19, 2007 - DataCert, Inc., the leading provider of electronic invoicing and legal spend management solutions, today announced that its clients AOL, AON Corporation and Citigroup will share best practices at the In-House Counsel as an Effective Business Unit Conference on Thursday, March 22 in New York City.
The role of corporate law departments is steadily evolving to include a greater emphasis on business processes and results. The conference, featuring presentations from trend-setting Fortune® 500 law departments, will provide corporate counsel and in-house personnel with case studies and practices that underline a law department's value as a business unit.

- "Managing Risks as a Global Legal Department," Jeffrey L. Novak, associate general counsel, AOL LLC - As more corporations break into the global market, law departments must learn how to facilitate communications and billing across multiple time zones, locations and cultures. Novak will illustrate how standardized processes and legal cost analysis can bolster a law department's strategic vision and performance. (4:15 p.m. ET)
