Datacert to Present at Practical Law Company’s Law Department Forum

London Presentation Scheduled for 6 March

Jeff Hodge, Datacert’s senior director and vice president, will lead a session titled, “The Transparent Billable Hour: The Legal Invoice as a Relationship Management Tool.” The session is scheduled for 6 March, 2008 at 1:45 p.m. in London.  

The practice of billing by the hour, the traditional method used by law firms to track billable work for their corporate clients, often leads to more ambiguity than clairvoyance when it comes to understanding corporate legal spend. Interest in the billable hour has peaked with the introduction of electronic invoicing technology that allows corporate law departments to take control of their spending.
