Datacert Expands Presence in Europe, Opening New Office in Zurich

Rajitha Boer is appointed to lead Datacert EMEA team and drive Datacert's continued growth in Europe

HOUSTON, Oct. 8, 2009 - Datacert, Inc., the leading global provider of legal operations management solutions, today announced the opening of its latest European office, as well as the appointment of Rajitha Boer, vice president/director EMEA business development, to lead Datacert's European expansion strategy.

This latest office, located in Zurich, Switzerland, is Datacert's fourth European office. Datacert has had a strong European presence for many years, with existing offices in Paris, Frankfurt, and London, which serves as its EMEA headquarters.

"We have experienced phenomenal growth in our European client base over the past couple of years," stated Jim Tallman, president and chief executive officer, Datacert. "It's the needs of those clients that have driven us to open our Zurich office in order to provide them with even closer in-market support. Ms. Boer has worked hand-in-hand with many of our top Europe-based clients for several years and has a comprehensive understanding of the unique needs of the European market."

Boer, who will be based at the new Zurich office, will lead Datacert's entire EMEA team, which includes sales, implementation, and support personnel. She is tasked with continuing to grow Datacert's client base in Northern and Western Europe, as well as driving the company's expansion into Central Europe and beyond. In addition, Boer will focus on expanding Datacert's consulting capabilities and developing strategic partnerships with technical and IP solution and application providers.
