Global diversified company will consolidate existing systems built in-house on Datacert’s patent-pending technology platform
HOUSTON – March 31, 2011 – Datacert, Inc., the premier global provider of enterprise legal management solutions, announced today that Johnson Controls, a global diversified company in the building and automotive industries, has selected PassportTM to enhance the management of its legal technology systems. Passport, Datacert’s patent-pending platform for consolidating and integrating legal applications, will enable Johnson Controls to consolidate and integrate existing legal systems that were built in-house and provide greater management visibility into areas such as case and expense management.
Passport is the only enterprise legal management platform that enables global law departments to consolidate and integrate all legal technology solutions in one space. Johnson Controls, which serves customers in more than 150 countries, will consolidate legal systems from three global business units on Passport. This consolidation will provide the company greater visibility into the company’s legal work and provide additional benefits, such as improved efficiency and collaboration between internal and external attorneys.
