DataCert Wins Internet Advertising Competition Award

"Take Control" Advertising Recognized as Best Legal Online Campaign

HOUSTON, March 30, 2007 - DataCert, Inc., the leading provider of electronic invoicing and legal spend management solutions, today won Best Legal Online Campaign for its "Take Control" advertising in the 2007 Internet Advertising Competition (IAC) awards. The IAC Awards, developed by the Web Marketing Association, are the only awards competition to focus solely on achievement in online advertising.

"The 'Take Control' advertising campaign is the result of thorough research, creative insight and skilled execution by DataCert's in-house marketing team, with a contribution from Easterly & Company," said Jeff Bolke, senior vice president of sales and marketing, DataCert. "This campaign represented substantial success in terms of website traffic and new prospects for our company. It is gratifying that it not only successfully reached our target audience, but also resonated with the advertising industry as a whole."

The "Take Control" advertising campaign launched in 2006 and promoted DataCert's leadership in legal spend management technology, implementations and systems integrations. The online ads, published on websites for industry publications such as Corporate Counsel magazine and American Lawyer, targeted general and corporate counsel by urging them to "Take Control" of their legal spend.

The judging panel of the IAC was composed of accomplished advertising and marketing professionals nationwide. Each judge ranked entries by creativity, innovation, impact, design, copywriting and use of the medium.

To be eligible for the 2007 IAC Awards, companies must have run their online advertising in the period between January 2006 and January 2007. Any individuals or organizations involved with developing the online ads were invited to submit samples and an overview of the campaign's origination, execution and results.
