DataCert Listed on the 2007 Software 500 and the Deloitte Technology Fast 500
Significant Revenue Growth Garners International Recognition
HOUSTON, Nov. 9, 2007 - DataCert, Inc., the leading provider of legal and IP spend and matter management solutions, today announced that it has been included on two prominent technology company rankings - Software Magazine's 2007 Software 500 and the Deloitte 2007 Technology Fast 500.
"This is an exciting time for DataCert," said Eric M. Elfman, DataCert's president and CEO. "Not only did we acquire Corprasoft in May of 2007, but we have increased our employee base by almost 25 percent this year as we have grown. These rankings reaffirm our corporate vision and presence in the international software community as we aggressively expand our products and services."
Software 500

The ranking is based on total worldwide software and services revenue for 2006.
DataCert first joined the list in 2004 at number 415 and has continued to be included on this list each year.
This year's Software 500 includes industry leaders such as IBM, Microsoft and HP. To view the full list, visit www.softwaremag.com.
