How Does AIMS Work?
The diagram below depicts the e-billing and legal spend management solution. Invoices are securely submitted by law firms/vendors/agents and are automatically validated by the audit and compliance engine for adherence to the client's outside counsel guidelines and specific fee arrangements. Invoices are then dynamically routed through invoice review workflows and, once approved, post to the accounts payable, matter management, or other back-end systems.
