		Electronic Invoicing – Electronic invoicing is the heart of every DataCert product. We were founded on enabling electronic invoicing between corporate legal departments and their law firms and vendors and that remains core to our business.
		Workflow – Automated workflow is one of the core features of AIMS. Using workflow, corporations can speed up the invoice review, approval and payment process. In fact, workflow allows a corporation to automatically route invoices for approval and submit payment in accordance with the corporate or departmental guidelines. Additionally, corporations can define workflow based on a workgroup, matter, vendor, or professional in charge. Users can also set the approvers' maximum review days and authorize approval limits.
		Reporting – AIMS provides corporate legal departments with financial reporting and analytics, including real-time, ad hoc reporting and charting. All core aspects of the vendor-client financial relationship are easily viewed at multiple levels of granularity. In addition, all reports and charts can be printed instantly or saved in a variety of file formats.
		Multiple Currency – DataCert's multiple currency functionality allows corporate legal departments to easily capture, analyze and approve invoices from firms worldwide in their native currency. Conversion between currencies and maintenance of currencies and exchange rates is simple and secure.
		Security – DataCert's security model is different from most other e-invoicing vendors. All invoice data resides behind the corporate legal department's firewall and is controlled by strict corporate security measures. The data is accessible only by those who can log onto the network, and then only by those who have been granted specific permissions. Moreover, firms can't send and receive invoices without the presentation of a unique electronic credential that DataCert manages and reissues annually.
