System integrations are a critical part of each legal department’s technology environment: they enable
reporting and visibility across systems, eliminate keying of data, and minimize the need for legal staff to
toggle between multiple applications. However these integrations can be difficult and expensive to maintain,
often requiring assistance from vendors and/or consultants. With the Passport® Integration Toolkit, Datacert
gives clients the power to create, maintain, and modify system integrations between applications built on the
platform and other third-party systems. In addition, Passport’s web services interface
helps facilitate sophisticated, real-time integrations with leading third-party applications,
such as accounts payable, document management, IP management, legal holds, e-discovery, and others.
While Datacert experts are always available to assist clients with their system integration needs, those
clients who prefer a more "self-serve” approach can leverage the Integration Toolkit and the platform’s web
services interface to manage integrations and data
migration projects in-house. This approach enables Datacert clients to reduce TCO, more quickly respond
to changing business needs with respect to system integrations, and ensure a seamless flow of data between
Passport and third-party systems.
