	We follow a proven methodology when vetting expert witness candidates, going beyond just their technical qualifications and looking at them holistically by also evaluating their "human side," ensuring we succeed in identifying the client's ideal expert witness. Our process is as follows: Conduct independent review of publically-available pleadings and technical documents Conduct in-depth, personalized client needs assessment, including: Learning about the client's case strategy and the particular litigation forum Reviewing the case pleadings and any relevant patents or product materials Identifying the client's budgeting considerations and constraints Identifying the client's desired expert witness qualifications Leverage our extensive, global network of experts to identify a preliminary list of potential candidates Verify candidate has no conflict of interest with the required case Interview candidate to assess his/her actual qualifications and technical knowledge and ability to articulate these to non-technical audiences. This includes conducting in-person or video conferences with candidates to ensure they possess professional presentation skills. Provide client with proposed expert's Curriculum Vitae and a Candidate Merit Analysis, which outlines the reasons we believe the candidate will make an ideal expert witness for the client's particular needs All of the above is conducted at no charge to the client. Only when the client actually retains an expert witness that we proposed, does it pay us a fee.
