Jerome Raguin to Oversee Panel Discussion on Managing Outside Counsel
HOUSTON, March 22, 2012 – Datacert, Inc., the premier global provider of enterprise legal management solutions, announced today that it is taking a lead role in an exclusive, invitation-only conference featuring Europe’s most influential legal industry insiders.
The European Corporate Counsel Forum, sponsored by Consero Group, LLC, will address the current and looming challenges that face European general counsel, providing an opportunity to share best practices, benchmark, and explore strategies to confront the legal pitfalls of 2012 and beyond. The event takes place March 25-27 at Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel in London and is expected to draw more than 45 general counsel.

Raguin will moderate a panel titled, "Improving Communication, Cost Predictability and Efficiency with Outside Legal Counsel." Discussions will focus on such fundamental questions as how to choose and evaluate outside counsel, how much to budget, determining when flat fee arrangements make fiscal sense, how to improve relationships and monitoring the impact e-billing has on relations between general counsel and their outside counsel.
