Key features of the Outlook Module include:
- Automatic, bi-directional synchronization of calendar events and tasks between Outlook and Passport, as well as synchronization of contacts from Passport to Outlook
- Inbound and outbound emails can be automatically linked to their corresponding matters/cases (including any attachments, which can be automatically filed in the document management system), enabling easy, efficient exchange and capture of matter/case updates and narratives from both internal and external parties
- Client-configurable, dynamic matter/case summary pages in Outlook
- Ability to view matter/case narratives and create new narratives on-the-fly that synchronize to Passport
