Our Partner Certification program deepens our collaboration with our Consulting Partner community, making us better together - providing best in class service and solutions to our clients, helping them achieve their business goals.
The ELM Solutions Certification program now covers a wide range of implementation practices, deep knowledge on our solutions and focuses on specialized roles that will better support our Consulting Partners efforts to implement our products and help them provide a higher level of service to our clients.
The ELM Solutions certification program offers varying levels of certifications based on the Consulting Partner’s desired objectives for their business and their resources.
Role-Based certifications are for individual Partner resources who are fully competent in specific technical roles. Each role-based certification can range from Level 1 to Level 4 and are based on varying degrees of learning and expertise.
A partner resource may achieve more than one role-based certification at various levels based on education and time implementing ELM Solutions’ products.
Partner resources with role-based certifications are required to re-certify every two years, managed by assessment, test out options and possible gap training where applicable.
Overall Implementation Certifications are given to Consulting Partners' organizations who have reached the highest levels of the ELM Solutions Certification program including advanced levels of role-based certifications. These Certifications are achieved on a company level and indicate they have the skilled resources required to support implementation of a client’s Wolters Kluwer's Enterprise Legal Management solution, Passport® or TyMetrix® 360⁰.
Partners must maintain an acceptable level of resources in various key roles in order to retain an overall Implementation Certified Partner designation.
*Partner resource may have Role-Based certifications in specific or multiple roles however, this does not warrant an overall Implementation Certification designation.
As a Wolters Kluwer Consulting Partner, we believe your experience and existing expertise should be recognized. Before beginning the training program, we will meet with you to assess your overall business goals, capture your expertise and existing skill sets, and prescribe the best and quickest path to your desired certification levels.
Dates for courses, course types, assigned testing and options for advancement will all be determined through these assessments.
In-person or virtual instructor led training on our Enterprise Legal Management solutions will include deep product tracks on Passport & TyMetrix 360⁰ and their application(s) and modules. The second and third phases of the training programs will include additional product tracks, technical and coding courses and implementation and best practices.
A written, lab-based or participation exam will be included to ensure you have acquired the necessary skills to progress through the levels.
Additional levels of certification can be reached through on-the-job experience. Each Role-Base certification level varies and is based on the amount of time and expertise gained through the experience working on active client projects.
